Our Collection Methodology

2. Engagement

We initiate structured debtor engagement using a multi-channel approach, including telephone calls, SMS, email, and formal correspondence. Debtors are informed of the outstanding balance, the consequences of continued non-payment, and the available options to resolve the matter.

3. Negotiation and Resolution

Where possible, matters are resolved without litigation through structured payment arrangements, settlements, or acknowledgments of debt. This stage focuses on restoring debtors to compliance while maximising recovery and minimising costs.

4. Legal Escalation (Where Required)

Litigation is pursued strictly as a last resort and only on client instruction. Legal action may include the issuing of summons, obtaining judgment, and enforcement proceedings in accordance with South African law.

5. Monitoring and Reporting

All accounts are actively monitored. Payment arrangements are tracked, defaults are addressed immediately, and clients receive regular reporting with full transparency on progress, recoveries, and costs.
